We encourage student success and excitement about their achievements. We will infuse technology and cover multi-disciplinary subject matter in our school garden.

Literacy Intervention Program – We strive to provide literacy instruction that is intended to increase achievement at a rate faster than average, allowing students to decrease or close the achievement gap between themselves and their normally achieving peers.

ESE Music Therapy – Music therapy is a well-established professional health discipline that uses music as the therapeutic stimulus to achieve non-musical treatment goals. Different types of music therapy can help to increase important life skills such as communication, movement, social interaction, emotional expression, listening and decision making.

This service is free to those who meet Medicaid eligibility.

  • Care Coordination

Your child’s care is important to us. Our goal is to enhance communication and coordination with the child. We regularly hold interdisciplinary meetings in order to allow the care team to be proactive in their planning, communication, and intervention with children and families.

Improve communication between the physician, nurse, case manager and other team members involved in the patient’s care (e.g., speech, physical and occupational therapy; pharmacy).

Enhance communication and coordination with the patient and family, which improves their satisfaction with their care experience.
